The "Team" approach allows us to focus on the three different components of selling real estate- Helping Sellers, Helping Buyers, and Closing The Deal. "Sole Proprietor" agents, many of whom are "part-time" just don't have time to complete all of these activities...They spend their time putting out whichever fires seem to be burning the hottest.

Selling Your Home- One of the most experienced and consistently successful agents in the area, Deane Cheatham has "listed" and SOLD over 500 homes. His expansive network of contacts and relationships enables him to expose your home to a huge network of potential buyers in a very short period of time. Whether through "low tech" means (door knocking, telephone calls, or sending out marketing flyers) or using the latest technology (Zillow, Trulia, REALTOR.COM, or Virtual Tours) Deane will create and implement a marketing plan to get your home SOLD.

Adrian Spears has been the Buyer's Specialist with the Deane Cheatham Team for over 10 years and certainly possesses these qualities.

Getting The Deal Closed- It seems that with every new year, there are more hoops to jump through in order to get a Real Estate Deal closed. Lucy Brightwell is a virtual maestro when it comes to keeping all of the many parties to the transaction "singing from the same sheet of music". Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Mechanicsville, VA.

Deane Cheatham and his team succeeded in selling a home for me so that in itself is what I call "Superb" service. I felt that the final sell price was a fair deal for everyone involved.

During the whole process, Deane's Team kept me informed on a weekly basis, through phone calls and emails. I was told about the number of potential buyers that had stopped by and the comments that each offered.

I certainly recommend "The Deane Cheatham Team" if you are in need of a realtor.
