Debbie Jackson-Majko, GRI:

Debbie was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida.  She is a graduate of Northeast High School and St. Petersburg College.   Debbie began her real estate career in 2002 and adds her 8 years of legal experience to her work.  Debbie earned the GRI designation in 2004.  She is a certified HUD foreclosure specialist, distressed property and short sale expert.  She has an extensive knowledge in contract language and exceptional negotiation skills.  She has testified in the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County and is considered an expert witness in real estate. 

I specialize in short sale transactions, bank owned properties, 1st time homebuyers and move up buyers.   I place 125% into what I do and strive to provide my clients with an exceptional service.   Plain and simple I love selling real estate.
