Showed home in 2012 in Historic Old Northeast, Saint Petersburg, FL 33704.
Unable to use relalevant comps to arrive at a proper price. Significantly overpriced property I was looking at when her associate completed comps. . I was lucky to notice this problem before my offer was accepted. When I pointed out this poor work and my disappointment her team member became extremely defensive.
Her team seems to have poor real estate knowledge and Debbie does not support, train nor check the work of her team members.
Sometimes she stays right on top of the things, later you can not get in touch with her if your life depended on it.
Be careful when you sign any forms as she adds extra administrative fee (????) on the top of the usual commission without mentioning it first.

I am sorry you feel this way, but I was not the one you were even working with. You were working with one of my agents that is no longer with our company. We do have trained agents and we all continually learn and seek out education and top notch marketing and provide outstanding service to our clients. The agent that you were working with actully came from another company and has been doing Real Estate for many years, but did not fit into our standards. In some cases we do charge an extra fee that is always disclosed. I was not aware that you had a problem with this agent, but I assure you if I had known about it, it would have been addressed immediately. I wish you the best. Debbie Cunningham

We are long time residents of St Petersburg. With regards to buying and selling property. Debbie and her associates were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to our needs and we highly recommend their services.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Greater Pinellas Point, Saint Petersburg, FL 33705
Debbie was extremely efficient with her response. I am a Realtor in Fort Myers and could not find the MLS listing anywhere through our very extensive system that allows us to access that MLS in St Pete. Well, no wonder, she could not find the listing either and we were at a dead end without the listing and listing agent info. Although this was a no money deal ($14,000 sale) she tried her best to help me. Professional courtesy and cooperative attitude makes Debbie a Realtor I would highly recommend. Thanks, Debbie.

Sold a home in 2011.
Debbie and her assistant Kris were absolutely first rate in dealing with the whole process of selling my house in a bad market. Even though it was a lengthy process that needed to be repeated three times, they were professional and helpful throughout and I would recommend them to anyone buying it selling a home.

Sold a home in 2012.
Debbie and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of selling my home in a short sale. Debbie was very experienced and patiently walked me through the process and made sure I understood all the specifics and was comfortable with the contract. Her staff was excellent in keeping in contact with me and responded very promptly to my calls and emails and even made several trips to bring paperwork to my husband when he was unable to get to the office. They negotiated well with the bank and the buyer and made the difficult process of a short sale go as smoothly as possible. I would recommend the Debbie Cunningham team to anyone wanting to sell their home.
