Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Danvers, MA.
Deb followed thru and kept us informed step by step right up to the passing of papers. Her expertise and negotiating skills got us the house we wanted. She has a vast amount of knowledge in dealing with short sales. Deb goes more than the extra mile. She takes all the worry out of buying real estate. I highly recommend anyone to deal with Deb, she will steer you in the right direction.

Bought a home in 2010.
Deb Forte came to us through ZipRealty....we were moving from the South Shore to the North Shore and didn't know much about the area. Deb listened to what type of home we were looking for and researched areas/towns that would best fit our commutes to work. Deb also recommended local attractions and restaurants, which we probably would not have gone to on our own. When we ran into problems with the sale of our home, Deb was there to calm our nerves and assure us that everything would be fine. She always kept in contact with us, our attorney, the seller of our new home and his realtor. Without Deb's help, we probably would have just given up and stayed put. We would definitley seek Deb out, if we ever move again.

Deb was great! We looked at so many properties to find the right one and she was so patient. She really helped guide us through the home buying process and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision. As first time home buyers it was so nice having such a great agent that had so much knowledge and experience. We would definitely recommend Deb.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Lawrence, MA.
Deb was a pleasure to work with. As a first time homebuyer, it was intimidating to start the process of house shopping in a town I was not familiar with.
Deb helped me decide what house was right for me and really made the whole process easier than I could have hoped for.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $325K in Andover, MA.
Deb was very helpful in finding my home. It took me more than a year to find it and she was very patient, always available, and most important, she always was on my side explaining what's good and what is not good in the house we viewed. I had total confident in her during the process from start till end.

Attempting a short sale purchase without an outstanding buyer’s agent is a waste of time. Deb was a true advocate for our family throughout the whole process. Deb promptly returns all calls, gets answers ASAP, finds solutions for seemingly insurmountable obstacles, and does it all with a smile. Deb has the ultimate “can do” attitude, and motivated everyone involved to make this deal happen. I sincerely feel that only 1 in 1000 real estate agents would have gotten us this deal and managed to get it closed in time for my daughter to start the school year at her new school. Deb is that needle in a haystack.
A home purchase is a major life event; don’t leave it up to a friend of a friend. We were never left to fend for ourselves. Deb was extremely flexible and was fantastic about scheduling things like inspections, second and third viewings, and of course the closing. She was very deadline conscious, making sure everything was done ahead of schedule. She coordinated the mortgage company, the shortsale bank, the attorneys, the inspectors, and even the other agent who was on vacation at the time of the closing. Deb’s assistance didn’t stop at closing; she even negotiated a great deal from a plumber for me! With the market the way it is, and deals constantly falling through, don’t leave things to chance; go with a top notch professional.

The amount of time Deb took out of her schedule to review homes we were possibly interested in. She would go over the area (neighborhoods) schools, houses that we shouldn't bother seeing. Also at closing she made sure we had a great closing lawyer that would take good care of us which he did as well.
I cannot express how wonderful Deb is and how easy she made buying our first home. With all the stress and time involved she made it easy!
You will be so happy with Deb as your realtor and you'll be treated like family!
