Buyer purchased a manufacture home in a park a year ago. Buyer had an inspection that was clean... 1 year later it was discovered that a roof that had been installed 3 years earlier failed and created a moisture/mold problem in 1 section of the home. The contractors lisc expired and the ins bond he had is no longer valid. The home owners ins will not cover the damages because the roof was installed incorrectly... What is the buyer to do?
