Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $475K in South Juanita, Kirkland, WA.

Debbie offers a multitude of skills when you are buying and/or selling a home. I purchased a home through her and went through a difficult inspection/repair process, and also sold a home within 6 days of listing, She makes herself always available, has that rare "customer service" mentality you dont see often these days. We felt like we were always kept in the communication loop and she is genuinely excited about the field. She made a normally very stressful process a little bit easier and also fun. I would highly recommend her if you want a high energy, creative, sales professional on your side.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Sammamish, WA.

Debbie and Stephanie are ROCK STARS! They provided staging, stunning photos, affordable contractors, a true “one-stop shop” as we moved out of state during the process. We completely trusted them and even though the first buyer backed out of escrow, Debbie & Stephanie went above and beyond to secure another buyer the first weekend our home came back on market  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $800K in Houghton, Kirkland, WA.

Debbie has helped us buy 3 homes and sell 2 in the last 7 years. We always feel that we are her top priority -- she quickly answers emails, texts and calls. She knows what it takes to sell a house fast, going so far as to stage our house with her own furniture and decorations. Both sales have received many comments on how great they showed (mostly Debbie's ideas), and both sold on the 1st weekend with multiple offers, well above list price. Two of our purchases have been in multiple offer situations, and Debbie won both. I've heard stories from coworkers of being on their 12th offer with other agents, but thankfully we avoided that stress by working with Debbie -- an agent that is savvy and experienced enough to craft a winning offer the first time.  More Less
