We came to Debbie knowing next to nothing about the real estate market and buying a home. Within 6 weeks we were closing on our first house. And if that sounds fast, it did not seem like it because Debbie over educates you every step of the process. She does a phenomenal job of making sure you are completely comfortable and that you really understand each step of the process before moving on to the next...and makes herself available at anytime to answer any questions you may have along the way. In addition, she takes the time to really narrow in on what you are looking for and is honest with you on what you can actually afford. On top of everything, she has developed a network of people to help you with your needs throughout the purchasing process and beyond. She does not disappear as soon as you close on your home - she is still helping us today when we have questions! As a final thought on Debbie, she simply has an intangible factor of genuinely caring about your needs and we feel like we have gained a lifelong friend and agent in her. In the end, we found exactly what we were looking for.....we LOVE our first house!!
