Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $400K in South Lake Tahoe, CA.Summary:
Talk about state of the art & always up to speed ..she surpasses this as a professional @ the top of her game. We really took time in finding just the perfect realtor to sell our vacation home in South Lake Tahoe in 2009. We had 1st in 2006, used the agent that sold us the home....BIG mistake...no sale...too high an asking price. & not attentive to our property & adjusting prices during a down cycle. Deb Howard was our saviour ...she priced the home correctly, we got an offer immediately, we sold a beautifuk Tyrol chalet immediately.......!
