Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Lowell, MI.
Deb is a great realitor! We used her for the selling and buying of our home. When we were selling this past summer, our house was only on the market for 3 weeks! She really knows how to get a house sold by staging correctly, pricing the house based on comparable houses in our area, and really taking the time to advertise well.
When it came time to buying our new house, my husband and I were very picky. I wanted a nice kitchen; he wanted great hunting land, and we wanted all of this for a low price. Deb sent many different listings that fit our critiria. She even took us on a Saturday "power hunt" to look at 5 or 6 houses.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in West Grand, Grand Rapids, MI.
Deb kept in mind our budget, the needs of our family, and resale value. When walking through potential homes, she pointed out features and things that we might not have considered, both good and bad. The house we ended up purchasing was one that we made on offer on the FIRST DAY it was available. She knew it was appealing to us because she remembered it being listed a few years ago, and was able to dig up the listing!
She made a special trip out for us because she knew it would go fast. Every concern she brought up during our initial walk through was also mentioned by the professional inspector we used. (Which she also recommended!)
