Debra was amazing. What could have been a terrible experience if I had decided to try and go it alone was made into an (almost) stress-free experience purchasing my first home.
Firstly, my home probably netted her a very measly commission (it sold for 20,000 and she had to split it with the sellers agent) yet I never once felt like I wasn't a priority. Ever.
Beyond that, her knowledge, expertise, professionalism, calm demeanor under pressure, and quick, decisive action when problems inevitably arose were all highly appreciated and extremely valued.
Two problems (an missing inspection and two missing permits that were found missing the day of my closing) that could have pushed my closing out past the holidays were quickly and decisively sorted out and my closing was moved out a whole 3 business days.
Do I sound like I'm trying to sell you on her? Good, because I am. She was a true blessing to have during my first mortgage experience and I haven't a single bad thing to say about her. Not even a tiny, little, off color thing to say.
I cannot praise her enough, I've recommended her to anyone who would listen, and I can only hope that Century 21 knows what a true asset she is.
