Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275k in Jacksonville, FL.Summary:
I wanted to purchase a home in the St. Johns area outside of Jacksonville, Florida. My sister and her husband had used Debbie in several transactions and recommended her highly. I was looking for a great deal, good neighborhood with potential to improve the property immediately, and good resale possibility down the road. Debbie was GREAT at going through all the options and weeding them down. After only a few houses she picked up on what I needed and narrowed the options down further. I ended up buying a wonderful retirement home, added wood floors and granite, and fresh paint and now the house is a knockout. My daughter and her husband are living in it until we retire and we do visit often. I could not be happier with the entire process. It was quick and painless. My husband was not available to help me so he viewed it over the net and after spending time there he is thrilled too. I cannot imagine having a better experience than I had with Debbie.…More Less
