Michael did a great job in marketing our property, which turned out to be a short sale. Michael looked in on the house at least weekly since I had to move away, kept in contact regularly with buyers who were interested, and managed to get multiple offers on the table after the house had been on the market for several years (I had gone with a different agent initially). Did not push me to lower my home price, which I eventually did on my own; not sure if he SHOULD have forced me to lower it a bit, but felt no pressure to make pricing changes at any point. Always called me back within a reasonable time frame whenever I called. Helped coordinate contracting for painting, lawn, air conditioning work that needed done on the house since I had moved away. Helped me negotiate a short sale with my bank. Would definitely recommend this responsive, friendly, hard-working and knowledgeable agent to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Great knowledge of "the competition" and is probably one of the two or three more visible, high producing agents in northeastern Ohio. The only thing I would possibly fault him for is to fail to motivate me to lower my price sooner; I only did so after an exact model-match home was about to come on the market three doors down that had gone into foreclosure.
