I am not sure what happen but I cannot write what many have already written about the Schilling Team. I only wish I had shared the same positive experiences. I am an out-of-state home buyer and I contacted Donna about 3-4 weeks ago inquiring about (2-3) properties in the Fayetteville NC area that I was interested in. She said over the phone that she cannot go to the properties right away and would give me any details, like CMA and other relevant information about the property the next day. I said OK. Donna sent me an email the next day stating she could not find the properties of interest on the MLS and told me they do not exist. I responded immediately and instead of responding to my email response and 3x VM's to office and cell, she has completely ignored me. Not sure what happened but all I wanted was some further information about certain properties and I did not get that red carpet treatment that many other have received. I explained to her I was out of state living in the Washington DC area and looking to buy in the Cumberland County, Fayetteville North Carolina area. I guess I will move on to another agent who specializes in single family homes in NC :(
Mr. RIchard Guzman, I explained to you that I do not work with distressed/foreclosed properties priced in the $10,000 - $20,000 price range but I would try to find the info on the two you inquired about. I could not find them in the MLS and I sent you an email to that effect. And I NEVER told you I would do CMAs for those properties. And then you continued to blow my phone up even though I told you I do not work with these properties but when you left the message that you were going to write a nasty review about me if I did not respond, I decided not to respond. I do not respond kindly to threats. I am certain other clients that I have actually worked with can attest to my responsiveness and process expertise. You did NOT tell me you were an out-of-state "home buyer"; you said you were an investor and you expressed interest in buying distressed properties priced less than $20,000. I have zero experience with investment properties.
