Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
I recently purchased a home through Diana and her staff and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and found both her and the people who work with her to be very responsive, friendly, courteous, helpful, and honest. I would recommend her services to any future customers who may consider her as a real estate agent and I will personally vouch for her extensive reliable ability to work with a customer during any real estate transactions a person may encounter.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
I was not in a hurry to buy my home so I looked at dozens of places,(and placed offers on several) Diana and her staff were more than patient with me and I finally was able to find a perfect place and closed a month earlier than originally advised. Diana is the perfect agent for those of us who want no pressure in buying the first house that strikes our fancy...I am greatful that she kept me balanced....the only issue I had was that I felt sometimes I had to contact her for information when I thought she should have contacted me but I guess that falls under the no pressure clause in our relationship. I felt I had gained not only an effective agent but a friend in the process.

Very competent and knowledgeable of the area, easy to work with. Smooth transaction, good experience. Diana is also our property manager.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
Diana was the best agent we could have come upon. We found a short sale property and she handled everything perfectly. It was not the nightmare that we had heard that short sales can be, and, in fact it was such a smooth transaction that it was a pleasure to work with her. She is very knowledgeable and professional and personable all in one package. Thanks to her we now have a lovely new home.
