Answer
No --  you don't need to be a real estate agent. If you are a homeowner or a landlord, you can list a home for sale as a FSBO or post a home for rent.Cost is $9.95 for 6 months.

Is there any addition fee if I list my home on Zillow and sell it?

Answer
The cost to post your home for sale on Zillow is $9.95 for 6 months. Zillow is not involved in the transaction. If you sell it, you will need to pay commission(s) to real estate agent(s) -- if they are involved -- plus the usual assortment of fees and costs that go into buying a home and getting a mortgage.

Does zillow provide information about buying bank owned property?

Answer
If you mean an article, "how-to buy a bank-owned property," then the answer is no, we don't. If you mean do we show whether a for-sale home is a bank-owned property, that is up to the listing provider to add that info to the home's description.

Why we should check out Feng Shui before selling or buying your home?

Response
I have friends from the Philippines who completely re-did their very small front walkway and yard in Seattle because the walk from their front door went straight out to the sidewalk. They felt all of their good energy was leaving the house and bad energy flowed in. They installed a curved walk, fountains and other plantings and it turned out to be just beautiful. They totally subscribe to Feng Shui and need to have all the elements to feel good about their home. It was interesting!Actually, look at this photo I took of a walkway in Harrisburg, PA. I posted this on Zillow's Facebook page and got lots of responses to the beauty and good feel of it.

I am a recent immigrant who is moving to the US. Hence I have no credit score.

Answer
Hi Sashi: This article explains how to build credit from scratch. Basically, I believe you need to have borrowed money (credit cards, loans) in order to establish credit. If you have a history of paying your bills on time and not overdrawing, you will be considered a good credit risk. Or, go right to the source. Ask lenders in Zillow's mortgage section what to do:http://www.zillow.com/advice/US/mortgage/question-discussion-guide/

I don't see property taxes shown anymore , what gives ?

Answer
It's still there, but just repackaged a bit differently. Go to any home details page, scroll down to Charts & Data section and then select a radio button on the left-hand side that displays taxes, etc. Then, mouse over the graph to see figures.
