Here's the situation: If I'm buying a house and hire an inspector to inspect it, are the homeowners entitled to be in the house during this several-hour-long process?
The home was converted to gas, but there is an old oil tank in the basement -- presumably not filled with oil. Is there any danger in it? Should it be removed prior to purchase?
Here's an interesting Baltimore Crime Map, which doesn't indicate whether Reservoir Hill is turning over, but as Jessica says below, you need to visit the area and see for yourself. Talking to the neighbors "might" help, although they might not tell the "whole story," if you know what I mean.
