What I mean is the wonderfully low rates that have been out for a while and people are needing to sell.

How do you keep raccoons from coming through cat door?
For the past three months, my cat has used the cat door, day and night without any problems. The other night, my cat came through the cat door, quickly followed by a raccoon -- into my home! How can I keep raccoons and everyone else out?
