Unfortunately, the guide was soon overwhelmed by spam and self-promotional articles. Its intent was misused,  so we stopped allowing articles to be entered on the site. Hello, RitaC2008:Our maps come from a variety of aerial and satellite providers (Microsoft Virtual Earth and GlobeExplorer) and each are continually updating. There are areas where our maps are 2-3 years old and some where they are brand new. It depends on the schedule of the providers.

Hello, Sandra: Currently, we don't have the ability for anyone to do a blog post on Zillow. Is that your question? Or, do you want to learn how to blog? 

Depends on how many other bedrooms you have, the layout of the house and how bad your kitchen is presently.

I think brand is always more important than color, although it would be nice to have a great brand + cool color choices.

It must be a rental, although there is no info that shows it is. Also, the original listing site has the same $2,900 figure. If you're interested, I would contact the Realtor Luis Fernandez to make sure.
