Add a gourmet kitchen and lose a bedroom or add a bedroom and a bathroom?

Answer
Depends on how many other bedrooms you have, the layout of the house and how bad your kitchen is presently.

Do people look at the name brand of appliances or just the color?

Answer
I think brand is always more important than color, although it would be nice to have a great brand + cool color choices.

$2,900? Thats a joke, right?

Answer
It must be a rental, although there is no info that shows it is. Also, the original listing site has the same $2,900 figure. If you're interested, I would contact the Realtor Luis Fernandez to make sure.

Is there a good place to determine if homes have solar (e.g., is it in home facts)?

Answer
We do not offer a "solar selection" among approximately 40 facts that a homeowner can check off, but we do have a field where you can manually type in the fact that a home has solar. So, if you're looking for a  home that might have solar panels, it would  be entered in the home's description.
