Education is an important factor in my success as a successful agent.  I hold many designations including the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.  This is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.  The first designation I earned was the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and is awarded to agents who work with buyers and educates the agent on negotiation among other things.  I am an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).  One of the most important attributes you can look for in a seller's agent is their ability to help you stage or prepare your home for sale.  

As we all know, the real estate market has changed immensely over the last couple of years.  In our area alone, at least 30% of sales are now distressed in some way.  They are either sold as short sales or foreclosures.  In order to represent both buyers and sellers, I have earned the two highest designations recognized by our industry on distressed property.  The CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).  

The real estate market changes daily and it is important for the agent representing you to stay current on the laws, marketing solutions and technology that it takes to be successful in selling your home.

Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $275K in Union, KY.

Dianna was in the 21 century when it came to marketing our home. All social media was used including a virtual tour that was so well done, that we wanted to buy the home ourselves! Our home sold in 36 days and we feel that Dianna and her team where helpful though out the process. We followed her recommendations to the letter and where glad we did. Great job!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Hebron, KY.

Dianna was very knowledgeable and helpful not only listing and selling our home but was also helpful with a range of networking industry related craftspersons that I needed. After the sale of our home we had planned to build but our plans changed when a listing became available that we wanted so we chose Dianna to represent us in purchasing this property also which is currently in the works and should close soon.  More Less
