Dianna is ranked in the top 1% of area agents. Together with my team,  Carl Kappes, Buyers Specialist and Kelly Novak, Office Administrator, we are here to take care of our customers.  

RE/MAX Affiliates has the highest market share in the area and we are gaining more every day.  While many agents are leaving the business or taking on other jobs, I am working hard every day selling real estate.  I love what I do and helping my clients meet their goals is my priority.

Education is an important factor in my success as a successful agent.  I hold many designations including the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.  This is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.  The first designation I earned was the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and is awarded to agents who work with buyers and educates the agent on negotiation among other things.  I am an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).  One of the most important attributes you can look for in a seller's agent is their ability to help you stage or prepare your home for sale.  

As we all know, the real estate market has changed immensely over the last couple of years.  In our area alone, at least 30% of sales are now distressed in some way.  They are either sold as short sales or foreclosures.  In order to represent both buyers and sellers, I have earned the two highest designations recognized by our industry on distressed property.  The CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource).  

The real estate market changes daily and it is important for the agent representing you to stay current on the laws, marketing solutions and technology that it takes to be successful in selling your home.

      She always respon to me when ever I need her to show home or lots that I need to see. She always come on times and she gave me an input of what is in the nabber hood bad or good.
