Sold a home in 2012.
I have worked with Dominic for the better part of a decade now and he absolutely has nothing but the clients best interest in mind. I know to many realtors who are in it for themselves, that is not how things are done. He sold my best friends house and I look forward to working with Dominic for many years to come.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2005 in Westchester, IL.
I have used Dominic to purchase both my personal home in Westchester, as well as several income properties. He is very knowledgeable on the rental market, and has proven to be a great asset in my purchases. I continue to use Dominic because he is easy to work with, and I believe he always keeps my best interest in mind.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Bolingbrook, IL.
My wife and I have worked with Dominic on two different properties on both buying and selling. He has been very personable, professional, given great honest advice and shown proven results for us. I will continue to utilize Dominic moving forward for any real estate ventures and we have even referenced him to other potential buyers as well. I would highly recommend Dominic for any future real estate needs, he is top-notch.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in North Aurora, IL.
Dominic was an amazing real estate agent. If I needed to talk with Dominic, he always returned my calls or emails by the end of the day. He never became frustrated during my six month search for a home, and made it clear that he was willing to work with me until I found the perfect house. It was nice having a Realtor that understood that this was a major life purchase and wasn't constantly pushing me to make an offer on a house I didn't like just so he could make a commission. Dominic was also very well versed in different kinds of home sales (bank owned, short sale, etc.), and was able to answer all of my questions immediately. This review doesn't do justice to how good Dominic was during the whole process, but I know if I need any real estate advice in the future Dominic will be the first person I call.
