Patricia DiCianni listed our home in December 2013 and it sold in 10 days at a price we were satisfied with. She had previously given us suggestions for making it ready for showing, and that really helped. Everything "Tricia" did was very professional, including the house description, the advice she offered, the negotiations, and the closing process. She helped us be realistic and keep our emotions in check. Plus, her commission was less than what most realtors would have charged us -- that was the icing on the cake.
When we started looking for new homes, we decided to have her help us after we were unsatisfied with another realtor. Tricia was super in this regard also. She was always on time meeting us places, and helped us evaluate potential homes. She wasn't pushy just to make a sale; it was obvious that she really cared. One home we might have fallen in love with, she quickly determined had some major issues that we would not have noticed. She was very patient with us when we needed it. We are now settled into the home that she knew we would like and she was right. Because we asked her to show it to us, she offered us more in rebate than the Redfin agent had offered. She also helped us tremendously in recommending service people who helped us with Radon testing, etc. in our old house, and with fine tuning some things in our new house.
Some of our negotiations occurred right over the holidays, but she was always quick to respond.
There were a couple last minute issues that needed to be resolved in both our buy and our sell. While we may have been "particular" customers, Tricia never lost patience with us. She was always pleasant, and we're very grateful to her for all she did. As high a recommendation as we could give.
