Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Lansdowne, Charlotte, NC.
Dianne was by far (by many miles) the best realtor we could have asked for. We have had others in the past who were good but Dianne was always available, listened to our needs and most of all was honest with us when our expectations and wants got out of hand. She worked with us for about a year to find the perfect house. Her knowledge of the area and her ability to navigate all things relevant to home sales put her on a pedestal above all others. She was receptive to our quirky hours and multiple showings. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and caring manner. We would leave our only child with her if need be at the drop of a hat. If you are looing for someone who knows about realty, Dianne is the one I would suggest every time. If we buy again in the area, you can bet on us calling her. We already miss the many hours we spent with Dianne.

Recently moved to Charlotte, NC, Ms. McKnight has given us exceptional advice and exposed us to desirable real estate properties in the area that best suited our needs. We could have not done this without her help.

Bought a home in 2012.
Writing this recommendation for Dianne McKnight is very difficult. I have been working with realtor's since 2003 and she is AMAZING! By far the best one I have worked with; simply because she is up front and a total team player in YOUR interest. I have easily rewritten this recommendation several times and still could not find a way to explain how great she is. It still excites me today to remember how she handled the process for us, even getting the seller to pay thousands more in our favor than was their (the seller's) supposed bottom line. If you are ready to work with a true professional, then she is it. I wish I could buy more property, just so I could work with her again. You can expect her to be immediate in her actions, up front with information and recommendations, forceful and steadfast in her negotiations for you. Not only did she gain our trust, but her recommendations and experience proved true even after the sale. I value her expertise and her character, especially as I recall her motivation to help us and her patience in a deal that lasted four months. The only reason it lasted that long was due to her safeguarding us and holding the seller to various agreements. I suppose I could sum up the graceful wonder that is Dianne McKnight by letting you know that I am keeping my eye out for more property in her area, just so I can hopefully work with her again. I wish I was in a business where I could work with her on a daily basis.

Sold a home in 2012.
We sold and bought with Dianne. She is a great negotiator and looked out for us in both transactions. She had a great eye in looking for our next home and pointed out things we would not have considered on our own. She was very patient in showing us many homes and offered great advice. In selling our home she was realistic about the market while getting us the most we could on our sale. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a long time, but we would definitely use Dianne again and would recommend her highly to anyone else!

Even though we didn't complete a sale, Diane went to great lengths to make sure I understood all that was happening, advise me to great length about the property locations, local regs, and anything else I asked questions about. If my situation changes I will not hesitate to contact Diane again

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Providence Plantation, Charlotte, NC.
Dianne was so great to work with, we were under a tight time frame and Dianne was always available to show us houses, even with very little notice, which we appreciated and hoped for from a Realtor.
Dianne has such a great local knowledge, which helped us find the right area and neighborhood, and she is very down to earth, realistic and honest. Any details that needed to be taken care of during negotiations, Dianne was able to handle with ease. She was able to set up great mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, etc for us when we needed the guidance during the inspection and closing times, which made working with her very helpful and eased the stress that comes with buying a home. Her local connections were also great when we needed suggestions for a painter, handyman, etc.
I would highly recommend Dianne as a realtor!

Dianne McKnight is a 100% seasoned pro. She is amazingly efficient, fair and on top of her game at all times. Our family calls her the go getter! We love Dianne and think YOU would be silly not to have her represent you!
