Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Orlando, FL.

Summary:

Dina worked with me to purchase my first home. She knew what I was looking to find and was a huge help in my search. She patiently showed me several (and by several, I mean TONS) of properties and was helpful in deciding if a property was something to be interested in. When I was ready to place an offer on a property, Dina was very knowledgeable in deciding on an offer price. She negotiated our deal with the seller and I've just closed on the home. Summary:

If we didn't have Dina to rely on during our home purchasing debaucle we probably would have given up and continued renting. She was helpful, professional, and consistently on top of things. I will definitely be referring her to friends in the future.

Hi, I'm Dina and I have lived in Orlando since 2001. I have a degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Business from Rollins College: Crummer Graduate School of Business.I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and attended the Bolles School. I moved to Orlando after high school. I love all of the different parts of the city and surrounding areas. From Winter Park, College Park, downtown Orlando, the Dr. Phillips area; there is always something to do and see. I currently live in downtown Orlando and enjoy the constant movement and energy.
