Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Borah, Boise, ID.
My experience with Dave was great. He helped me purchase my home when I moved to Boise last year. His knowledge about the area and the lifestyle that Boise offers were fantastic. I would definitely recommend him to anyone moving to the area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $475K in Star, ID.

Sold a home in 2010.
Dave was willing to work with us on our price, unlike a couple of other Realtors we interviewed. I think he was a little bit surprised that we indeed got close to our price, but he recognized the uniqueness of our view property and location that the others discounted. He readily agreed to a plan to list "high" with the idea that we could go lower if there was no interest.
