Denise is the best. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She and her daughter work together as a team. We worked with them during the challenging process of buying our first home. They were helpful and knowledgeable at every stage of the process, and they continue to be a great resource for us. The Laugesens are extremely knowledgeable about various communities throughout the Peninsula including Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo and San Carlos. They told us everything we needed to know about what each different area had to offer. Denise knows a great deal about home construction and remodeling and what could be easily redone and what not, making her an invaluable resource for us as we toured homes. She was extremely honest and pointed out defects that we might not have been aware of in the various homes we saw, which made us even more confident in our final choice. Denise and Cortney (her daughter and partner) are warm, friendly and delightful to be around. They are everything we could have asked for in our realtors.…More Less
