My wife and I had the privilege of Doug listing our and house in Calera, Alabama. We met with him multiple times before actually deciding to put it on the market. Doug is very patient and knowledgeable about the markets he sells in. Our house sold quickly and due to Doug's excellent negotiating skills we ended up with an extra $3000 on the sale of the house. We are currently looking For a house now with Doug and we have looked at many houses. Doug points out problem areas to us that we miss, he's always prepared to answer questions about houses we have, when he doesn't know he finds out. He's very honest and will let you know if the house isn't a good deal. He's not pushy he won't pressure you to buy somthing you don't want like other agents we've used in the past. I would recommend Doug and his wife to anyone looking to buy or sale a house

Bought a home in 2007 in Varnons, Calera, AL 35040.
