Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Glover Park, Washington, DC.
As a mortgage lender for 11 years, I have the unique perspective on watching realtors work behind the scenes. I can say that Dino is positively a great real estate agent from start to finish. He has a unique ability to really enjoy what he is doing as well as the clients he is doing it with. I've seen him negotiate the best deals, win multiple offer situations when it looked impossible, and he has actually assisted me as my realtor on numerous transactions. If you are in search of a great, smart, friendly, savvy realtor...you've found him in Dino.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Logan Circle, Washington, DC.
Just went through my first "sell" process ever and Dino walked me through every step of the way. From the first meeting, he made the process easy and painless He has great knowledge of the neighborhoods, buyers, pricing and what traits attract buyers. He then effortlessly translates that into how to best present your place so that it will sell. This is evidenced by the fact that my place went under contract in 4 days. Given this knowledge, when it comes time for me to buy I will definitely use him!

Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC.
My family and I relied on Dino to help us find the home of our dreams and he surpassed all expectations. Not only is he reliable, astute and a great negotiator (we got our house cheaper than list price), he is also a very pleasurable person to know. Our family consists my wife and two little ones and he was great with the kids and also found a house that was kid friendly. We highly recommend Dino as he is a stand up, honest guy who will look out for your best interest.

Sold a home in 2011.
The guy is fantastic. Knows the micro-markets in the DC area (pricing, commutes, schools, how neighborhoods are developing). He helped us buy our starter (which we loved), then sell our starter (at a profit, despite the larger downward trends in housing prices). And he got us into our present home at a discount (and with great advice on remodeling and landscaping). What I like best about Dino is he doesn't just mirror back your own opinion to make the sale. If he sees problems with a place, he'll say so. If he doesn't think a place is right for you, he'll say so. He's savvy, responsive, and totally trustworthy. I know from the people who first recommended him to me that he has lots and lots of return clients (myself included now), so you know he's good!

Bought a home in 2011.
Dino helped us buy our first condo in 2005, sell this condo in 2011, and buy our first home the same year. His advice was invaluable every step of the way. We bought the condo at the peak of the market in 2005 and worried that we would lose money when we decided to sell last year. However, because he offers such a full service, he advised us on staging our condo-- even purchasing some essential pieces himself (artwork and throw pillows)-- and we sold (for a profit) in four days. His excellent negotiating skills also helped us to buy our home below list.

We have worked with a few different agents over the years, but none has impressed us as Dino has. No one comes close to having as much market acumen, humor, and good taste.

Sold a home in 2012.
Dino recently helped me sell my condo and we are in the process of trying to buy a house. Dino knows the market inside and out. He is always very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. He priced my home exactly where it needed to be and went the extra mile printing high quality brochures and taking professional protographs. I know Dino always has my best interest in mind and will help me find my dream home.

Sold a home in 2012.
Kind, friendly and charming Dino makes you feel at ease about the very stressful home buying experience. He goes the extra mile to make sure you get the product you want at the price you want. Dino also sold my home for a great price. He used high quality materials, priced my home correctly and gave my property the attention it deserved. I strongly recommend Dino without any reservation and am confident that you, too will find him to be an excellent realtor.

Bought a Condo home in 2003 for approximately $100K in Brookland, Washington, DC.
I've lived in Washington, DC for 25 years. In 2003 I began to look into the prospect of purchasing a primary residence; the booming housing market led to a dramatic increase in rent in most neighborhoods. After consulting with Mr. Milanese, we determined that I would qualify for a mortgage that would allow me to maintain my monthly expense output and have housing security.

Mr. Milanese was very straightforward regarding expectations and led me in the right direction in searching for a condominium within my price range. When the opportunity to purchase presented itself he shepherded me through the entire process, taking the lead role in negotiating with the seller. I had to do very little "leg-work" and moved into my new condo 28 days after my contract was accepted. Mr. Milanese was present and active throughout the process, even attending settlement with me to ensure that everything was in order.

I found Mr. Milanese to be an invaluable individual assett in this process. His knowledge of the law, rules and regulations governing the real estate industry made an intimidating process much simpler than I could have hoped it would be. Mr. Milanese was always warm and personable with everyone involved; at the same time he was honest and I feel I couldn't have navigated this process without his guidance/assistance.

Bought a home in 2012.
I could not have imagined buying our first home without Dino on our side, walking us through the process. I always looked forward to visiting houses with him because of his humor and insight into each property. His referrals for our mortgage lender and home inspector were to people I truly trusted. Our home inspector found structural damage in one home that we were looking at that others may have missed, which saved us from a bad purchase. I would recommend Dino to anyone I know looking in the DC area for a home or condo. He makes home buying stress free, fun, and makes you think about each property in a unique way.
