Patti has experienced an enchanted life in the music industry as a professional singer for over 30 plus years. Starting at the age of 12 when I ... did my first commercial for COCA-COLA. Remember "I'd like to teach the word to sing..." I'm the freckled-faced girl with long dark braids and a big toothy grin, holding up a coke bottle on top of a mountain. I did more memorable TV commercials and San Francisco musicals during high school. Most of my career I worked for DISNEY. I sang and danced for so long my red hair began to turn grey. So I retired from Disney and became a full-time REALTOR®, where age is a feature - not a bug. I still do voice-overs and giggle work for movies, commercials, and radio. My list can go on and on. In the 80's I bought property all over Los Angles and surrounding areas, the West Coast and Pacific Northwest. I started "flipping" these properties for profit 2 decades before that term became a household word. How many real estate agents can say they have bought and sold more than 40 homes that THEY HAVE PERSONALLY OWNED? Me, Me....I can!

Sold a home in 2014.

I want to say I’m not one to write reviews, but this one is honest and heartfelt. I am so thankful and appreciative that I found Patti Lyles. I researched for a year to find a realtor that would meet my needs in these changing times and changing economy. I found her ability to adapt and navigate the current real estate market nothing short of brilliant. She more than fulfilled my expectations. The qualities I looked for were: • Listen to my needs • Be authentic, have integrity, • Be professional, with passion and drive • Understanding, compassionate • intuitive business insight • excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others • attentive to detail and research • Ability to recognize the potential of a property, seeing not only the monetary value, but the essential heart of the property and match that with the right person. • Ability to adapt and think in new ways to create opportunity. • Someone that could synthesize all of the above qualities, be able to sell my house, not place undue stress on me, and benefit the local community.

Sold a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $550K in Santa Cruz, CA.

Patti is knowledgeable, flexible, supportive, and helpful. I wouldn't think of using a different real estate agent in the area. She's always done right by me.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Felton, CA.

Due to financial issues, being upside down on our mortgage, and our mortgage company's unwillingness to refinance, we needed to move out. We contacted Patti because of her reputation and experience with doing a short sale. She made the process as painless as possible and we got an offer the first day the house was on the market, and it was at the asking price. So instead of a short sale, it was a (very small) for profit sale. Patti stood up for us with all of the inspections and requests to drop the price because any requests would have dropped us back into short sale territory. The sale was enough to pay off the mortgage (just before the mortgage company would have started looking at foreclosure), and pay back some mortgage assistance. Patti was personable, knowledgeable, and was always there when we needed her. We feel very lucky we found the right person to handle our sale.  More Less
