I had started my home search with a family friend -which in many cases I do not recommend doing. After learning in a short period of time that the family friend wasn't a good match I was referred to Don and to make a long story short, he became like family. He was such a huge attribute in me making the best decision on not just a home but my first home. When it comes to realtors, I was able to see with the family friend that I was having to do all the work. I was doing the web searches and driving around in neighborhoods looking for homes that weren't listed in the MLS pages. I chose to finalize my search in Mason, Ohio (which specifically, Don was very knowledgeable of the area and the specific home build pros and cons) and after having those first time buyer offer jitters (meaning I wanted every house that I stepped foot in) - Don was able to really help me see the positives and negatives to every home. He walked me through a possible failure of a home that was FSBO (for sale by owner) as well as a foreclosure listing. He was a true salesperson and was always willing to "get the job done" by being forward and direct with the selling party. In my opinion, this ensured that I would get the best home for my budget as well as helped push the process along so that we could close sooner. The day of closing, I was glad it got pushed back because I wasn't ready to separate from my nightly routine of hanging out with Don at several different hopeful homes. The final closing day, after signing several papers with the title agency, a hug sealed the deal with my realtor and I parting ways. I am extremely fortunate to have had such a great team including the Lender that I used - I would recommend Don for any of your home buying needs. I cannot say enough about how much he not only taught me but made this home buying process an adventure and now success. Thanks, Don!
After being relocated to the area, we met Don through one of his business partners. We were renting in the school district that we liked, and Don helped us locate a home in that same area. He was great to work with, and his responsiveness was second to none. He made a rough situation easy during a tough time for the family. I will work with Don as long as I live in the area.
Mine was a unique situation in that I was purchasing a home for my daughter and her family instead of for me. Don worked with both me and my son-in-law answering all our questions and guiding us through the buying process. The home that was decided on was in the process of an online bidding situation. Don was awesome guiding us through the entire bidding and sales process. I would recommend Don to anyone needing a real estate agent.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Dayton, OH.
I have worked with Don on several investment transactions both as a buyer and seller. Don takes the time to determine my needs and provides me with excellent support and follow up. I highly recommend working with Don as he fights to get me the results I need and is intimate with the local real-estate markets.
Don has been a very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful agent. He showed us houses that were in our price range, pin-pointed all the down sides to some houses, and highlighted the great things about others. He helped us find our dream home and on top of that gave us an AMAZING deal on our home. I highly recommend Don for anyone looking for a home.
Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Lebanon, OH.
For me Don is the best in the business great follow up and always active in getting results. Even in this difficult market, he provides hope and total vision for the sale.
There is no obstacle on the sale process that Don doesn’t have experience with.
For my next purchases or sale I will use Don, for me is a worry free deal.
Thank you Don for all you do.
