Summary:

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Cotuit, MA.

Summary:

Donna Schulze successfully listed our home and we accepted an offer within a week of the listing date. We had multiple offers - all at full asking price or higher. So you might think anyone can list a house low and sell it quick, but her suggested list price was only about 10% lower than our prior listing price with another broker, which attracted practically zero interest over a six month period. Besides setting a realistic selling price, Donna successfully handled the multiple offers and we sold our home for $10K more than our ask price. She also served us well on our home inspection due to her excellent knowledge in that area as well. Besides setting the list price at a level to generate interest, Donna has an extensive marketing plan. She does not spare any expense in that regard. With Donna, it actually felt like she was trying to sell our home as opposed to just getting the listing agreement and simply placing the house on MLS. Donna also worked with us on the purchase of another property and did terrific work on that as well. She showed she was interested in our objectives rather than just getting a commission. Of all the realtors I've dealt with over the years, Donna's approach and work was exceedingly superior.…More Less

You can live in any of the village condominium complexes for carefree living like Wianno Knoll, Tower Hill Condominiums, and Clockworks or live in close by neighborhoods of Oyster Hills West, Oyster Hills, Wianno, Seapuit or Oyster Harbors. There are several churches, a new library, banks, shops, artisans, antiques, Books by the Sea, a package store,florist, kitchen and bath designer, a huge hardware store and Gone Chocolate a local ice cream parlor. This area is for great for walking, golfing, sailing, photgraphing our quaint harbors, local fishing, clamming, biking, reading, eating, drinking, tennis, shopping, swimming at Joshua's Pond, praying at the Baptist Church or Our Lady of Assumption Parish on Wianno Avenue, concerts or just plain relax and people watch at Armstrong-Kelly Park.

Centerville offers great access to the warm nantucket sound, salt water beaches like the world famous Craigville Beach and Covells Town Beach. Historic downtown Centerville village is sprinkled with a children's playground, Old Sea Captain's Homes, B & B's like the Long Dell Inn, a historic museum, an Old Country Store with penny candy and crafts, the world known Four Seas Ice Cream, Community Center, Our Lady of Victory Church and the Centerville Library (CLAMS).

As an active member in her community Donna is a member of the Osterville Rotary Club, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, Hyannis Chamber of Commerce, Business Network (BNI), Star Power University and Our Lady of Assumption Parish.
