When it is time to sell your home, Dory and David will work with you on staging, pricing, marketing, showing, and selling your home for the highest price.  They will help you at every step along the way to insure that your home shows in the best possible way to qualified buyers.  They will handle all negotiations and work with the buyer's lender and title company to insure a prompt successful closing.

The Real Estate Professionals
Dory and David grew up in New York and later moved to Michigan, New Jersey, Nebraska, and finally Arizona.  They have over 25 years of combined management experience at Fortune 500 companies.  They also have over 25 years of combined real estate experience.  Their real estate credentials included: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR); Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN); Fine Homes Specialist; and Relocation Specialist.  They hold membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR); the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR); and the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors (SAAR).  They have been married for over 30 years and live in North Scottsdale with their two children.  They actively participate in local school, civic, and religious organizations.
