Sold a home in 2013.
Aside from being extremely knowledgeable of Talega Real Estate, Doug was always sensitive to our needs/ opinions and a step ahead of the game. It seemed like he knew in advance what questions my wife and I were going to ask.
His Marketing team prepared amazing hard copy and electronic advertising materials and all of his Assistants were also very informative and prompt.
During the negotiation process, Doug was not afraid to obtain the highest value, as well as the most appropriate low risk terms possible.
The Escrow team also made it very easy to understand where we stood in the escrow process and thoroughly provided explanations to all of our questions.
We did not feel like first-time sellers because of the abundance of knowledge, technology used (DocuSign, ClosingTracker, etc.), and team coordination involved with our transaction from beginning to end.…More Less

Very professional, capable and highly responsive. Our condo sold in four days....however, Doug started with a full court press....video, announcements to other brokers and provided very helpful counsel when we had three offers at full price. He continued to be very active all through escrow and then called me to let us know everything was final. We were very pleased throughout the process.…More Less
