Our first meeting with Doug put us completely at ease! He was professional and casual at the same time. He has done everything possible to make this a smooth transaction from start to finish!

Doug knew what we wanted and he was quick to respond to any questions we had or any properties we wanted to see. We found the perfect place and we are extremely happy in our new home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Wyoming, MI.
Doug was referred to us through a close friend . We had been working with a realtor that we were not happy with for about five months prior to contacting Doug. Doug listened to what we were looking for, the location and our price range. He was very knowledgeable of house foundations and basic electric and plumbing. Doug was there for us throughout the whole buying process and responded to our questions and concerns within 24 hours if not sooner. We had the keys to our new home within four months of working with Doug. Doug was great to work with and we highly recommend him.

We wanted to purchase a home, Doug listened to what we really wanted and showed us houses that were in our price range, in our desired living area, and requirements. Working with Doug made the purchase process go as smooth as it could possibly go! You won't find a better agent, he's down to earth and has great communication, every question/issue I had was quickly responded to and information was accurate. I will recommend Doug to anyone I know who is looking for a house!

Doug is a very honest, sincere, and extremely helpful buyer's agent! He was amazingly helpful in our buying process of our new home! He was very knowledgable in the home buying/selling process which was great because we were first time home buyers. He helped guide us into a fair offer and then helped us get very close to the offer we were hoping to get. He was always quick to get back with us whenever we had questions or needed anything. He was even willing to help us out with the buyer of our home even though we sold it on our own. We recommend Doug as a buyer's agent to anyone looking for a home. We believe he would do a great job selling your home too!

Bought a home in 2012.
WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A HOME FOR 3 SRINGS NOW.... THE LAST TWO REALATORS WE HAD WE WHERE NOT TOO HAPPY WITH. SO THIS PAST JANUARY I SO HAPPENED TO BE ON CRAIGS LIST LOOKING FOR HOMES THIS TIME ON OUR OWN... AND RAN ACROSS A LISTING WITH HIS NAME ON IT AND GAVE DOUG A CALL IN REGARDS TO THE HOME. HE GOT BACK TO US RIGHT AWAY... FROM THE FIRST PHONE CONVERSATION WE HAD I FELT GREAT/ DIFFERENT ABOUT HIM. I MENTIONED TO MY HUSBAND I GOT A REALLY GOOD FEELING ABOUT DOUG. SO WE DECIDED TO KEEP HIM AS OUR REALATOR, AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID. HE HAS BEEN SO GREAT AND FUN FOR US TO WORK WITH. GREAT WITH PEOPLE AND RESPECTS WHAT IT IS YOU ARE TRYING TO FIND AND THE AMOUNT YOU WANT TO SPEND. BUYING A HOME IS A VERY BIG AND IMPORTANT DEAL. WE HAVE BEEN VERY BLESSED WE FOUND DOUG AND NOT ONLY DID WE FIND A GREAT REALATOR BUT WE MADE A FRIEND AS WELL. THANK YOU DOUG FOR ALL YOUR HOURS OF HARD WORK. I found Doug very helpful. He guided me through the whole process, and did a fantastic job of negotiating on my behalf. His best quality by far is his honesty. He is a man of integrity, and he actually cares about his customers. His service was top-notch. Even after I managed to buy a house through him and have had problems with it, he has continued to assist me. He truly goes above and beyond good service!

Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Midtown, Grand Rapids, MI.
I was surprised when I sent Doug an email on a Sunday and he responded that day. Doug is tireless and has only your best intentions at heart. When a few snafus arose (I had a complicated purchase) Doug was always my advocate and quickly solved the issues. I don't think I could have had better luck.
