Doug Sold It! Thank you Doug for helping us through the purchase process of our new home. You stuck with us and had so many bright motivational comments when we were frustrated and at the end of our ropes. That fish you fried was really good too! You communicated with us and the sellers agent so well, even with the mortgage lender. I am convinced that you were a major contributing factor in the smooth transition for us to go from house hunters to home owners! Thanks and 4 thumbs up from both of us!

Bought a home in 2011.
I can not recommend Doug enough. He was always available to help and always prepared for the questions I had. He helped me through every step of the process from start to finish. He put so much personal attention on my case, I could hardly believe it. I never had to wait on him for anything and he was a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended and will definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband and I contacted Mr. Rogers from Canada re real estate transactions. We have bought and sold property for years and Mr. Roger was (and is) incredible. He did not let the long distance interfere with his effectiveness. He is one of the most professional and diligent Real Estate Agents with whom we have had the pleasure of working. He worked tirelessly to negotiate "optimum" transaction and we have been constantly amazed at his extension relevant knowledge. Sold a home in 2008.
Doug was completely awesome. He helped me buy my first house and had the patience of a saint with all my questions about houses and the process of buying. He is also very timely in retuning phone calls and messages.

Very easy to deal with. Jokes to lighten the mood and made me comfortable. Made sure I understood the paper work, terminology, and answered all the question I had. Was able to show multiple properties in my price range and a few below and above just to keep my options open.

Bought a home in 2010.
Doug Rogers was a great realtor to work with. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were completely clueless when it came to real estate. Doug took the time to explain the ins and outs in detail to us. He showed us tons of houses, always making sure to stay in our price range. He realistically explained the pros of cons of each house we looked at, sometimes taking us back for a second or third look. He was willing to work around our busy schedules for showings. He went above and beyond for us, getting quotes from mortgage companies and even meeting the cable and internet guys when we couldn’t get off of work. We’re very happy with our new home and thankful and grateful to Doug for getting us there.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Alexandria, LA.
Doug was extremely helpful. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were really nervous about the whole process but Doug was more than a realitor for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occassion. He guided us through the entire process step by step without ever making us feel stupid for not knowing something or for needing things explained. He even went so far as to help us with the digital thermostat in our new house AFTER we had closed on the house. Doug still checks in with us and makes sure we're doing ok and if we need help with anything I know I can call him at any time. Doug Rogers will be the ONLY realitor I use in Louisiana and if I move out of state, I'm bringing him with me!

I had a great homebuying experience thanks to Doug. I was a first-time homebuyer so there was alot that I didn't understand. Doug took the time to explain things to me in a way that made sense, but without being condescending. He was great about working with my husband's and my schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! He really went above and beyond to make sure we got the right house for us
