Skill & Experience – My business continues to grow in a “down” market . Buyers and sellers are very happy with my services and refer business to me. Also, I’m a real estate investor and am regularly reminded, firsthand, of the challenges of buying and selling homes from the home owner’s perspective.

Technology - Which I use to the fullest in marketing and selling property, giving my client’s properties a level of exposure and information that most many agents are not aware of, or do not choose to use. When listing home, I purchase and create a personal web site for each home, hire photographers to take streaming video tours, and advertise on a variety of web site to increase exposure for your home.

Service and Communication - Giving you the information you need in a timely manner. Because of my background and experience, I’m able to communicate in the waymy clients need, regardless of their location(s).
