Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Woodward, IA.
I was lucky to know Adam prior to wanting to sell my home so it was an easy decision to choose him to help sell my home knowing his dedication and willingness to put in the extra effort to get things done. He came through for us in every aspect, being very flexible to meet with me when it fit my schedule best and meeting me where it was convenient with my busy schedule. We encountered a few unforseen bumps in the road along the way but Adam handled everything professionally and made the process much more smooth than I expected it to be. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family looking to purchase or sell a home.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Pleasant Hill, IA.
I met Adam in a bit of a strange circumstance where I was walking in to meet him in order to have my own agent when buying a house. He had an easy deal- sign the papers, get the downpayment, and go... only that didn't happen. Adam is EXTREMELY ethical, trustworthy, and KNOWS the market. I thought I was going to be able to buy a home for a couple of years before getting into something I wanted long term, but after discussing my short and long term goals with Adam, I decided it wasn't the right decision. Given his proven strong ethics, I kept working with Adam in hopes of finding the perfect long term home. Talk about knowing his stuff!!! He told us what was likely to happen, how it would happen, and answered all of our questions about finding a home. Never was there an ounce of pressure- he worked FOR us to make sure we were getting, at the least, a fair deal. We are now proud owners of a lifetime home. I can't say enough positives about working with Adam- hands down, a truly honest, ethical, caring, individual who will go out of his way to make YOU and your dreams a reality.

Bought a home in 2012.
Adam is a great Realtor. He was more patient, helpful and willing to go the extra mile than other realtors we worked with in the past. Each time we thought we found "the one," but ran into a speed bump Adam was there to guide us. When we found our current home it was so nice having Adam on our side. From inspection to negotiating to closing he was always there doing more than we expected. He made the process much less stressful and enjoyable. Even after we closed on the home he helped us contact the former owners when we found a couple surprises in the home. I wouldn't choose another Realtor to do business with. Hands down.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Pioneer Park, Des Moines, IA.
This was my first house being purchased. Adam didn't waste my time by taking me to houses that weren't my style. We fell in love with the first house we saw. He made the process quick and easy! We will definately pass word along about how great he was!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Linden, IA.
It was very easy to work with Adam. He was very open to my life style with dogs and worked around any problem that came up. He did his homework on helping me pick the right price for my home. It was disappointing that the offers received did not reflect the value of the home. I wish other realtors spent the time with their clients like Adam worked with me. I would work with Adam and Nevitt Real Estate in the future when the economy gets better.

I sold my home with Adam and had a pleasent experience. He knew the market better than the other Realtor I interviewed. He explained everything really well and had good communication throughout the whole process. He is excellent at what he does!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Perry, IA.
This was a first time home purchase for me. Adam made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of his business. He was always available for me when I called, emailed or texted him. That is very important to me. Quick response to my questions and concerns. I was fairly scared going into this whole process but he made it seem so easy! I would recommend Adam Van Lin for your future home buying or selling!!
I don't have anything more to say but the stupid program won't let me quit till it has 150 characters. Adam is 100 times brighter than Zillow.
