I decided to enter the residential real estate profession and obtained my license in 1992. I decided to focus in helping the community by demonstrating the elements and benefits of home ownership to first time buyers, offering seminars in local churches. I speak Spanish and English fluently, with some knowledge of French and Italian.
During the height of the foreclosure market of 1993 - 1998, I worked closely with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, helping me gain experience in navigating the foreclosure process, as well as an insight into the intricacies of the short sale world, and although they were not popular at the time, it has helped me negotiate successfully many short sales in today's market, with a success ratio of about 95%.
In 2001, I decided to learned other aspects of real estate and I became a Certified Appraiser, appraising residential real estate throughout most of Southern California and has served as an analyst for complex properties.
I've lived in Downtown Los Angeles since 1994, I keep and maintain a huge rolodex of places to go, special places for shopping and the best places for entertainment in the neighborhood to help my clients enjoy and adjust to their new urban experience.
