Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $675K in Novato, CA.
Dubie was beyond patient and understanding with us throughout our home buying adventure. We were first-time home buyers, and she was incredibly skilled at guiding us and helping us feel confident that we were making the right decisions. Now we wake up every morning in our dream home, and we will always be grateful to her for the key role she played in making it happen!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $850K in Greenbrae, CA.
We are so lucky that Dubie was here to help us buy our first home! She was patient, knowledgeable and extremely effective when negotiating with the sellers on our very ?in demand? home. Dubie has so many contacts in the Bay Area Real Estate Market and so many agents that have been friends of hers for years that people want to do business with her. I truly believe we got our house because Dubie is a seasoned and trust worthy agent who makes the process as transparent and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 in Forest Knolls, CA.
Dubie has been working with me for many months on my desire to buy a small multi-unit building. She has kept on top of the market, advised me when new properties come on, always been willing to take me to see properties, is aware of the market, and now is helping me through the paperwork of a short sale. She has referred me to other real estate professionals, all of whom have been terrific. Dubie is a terrific real estate agent. I have worked with several different agents over the years, and Dubie is certainly among the best.

Bought a home in 2002.
Dubie is the best. Went went through her for our current house and if we ever move she's the only agent I'd even consider working with.She has amazing local knowledge (I think she grew up in Marin) and is super nice/low pressure. Definitely a cut above other agents I've talked to in the past.

Showed home in 2010 in Sonoma, CA.
I have worked with Dubie the past couple of years. She keeps me posted on numerous opportunities in the North Bay area of California. She's written a couple of offers for me on some tough properties, and although I haven't gotten my dream place yet, I don't think I would have had many shots without her help. Incidentally, I was directed her way by a few other family members who have had her help them on other properties. Combined with her mom, a practicing realtor, you can't get too much more formidable a person for local knowledge.

Dubie is GREAT!!! I have known her for a very long time and know that she not only will respect my wishes but steer me in a safe direction. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
