They can tell you the maximum you can afford.2 - Contact a Realtor in the area you are looking and see what homes fit your qualifications.3 - List your home for sale or I can possibly buy it whenever you need to move.4- Make an offer on your new home subject to the sale of your existing home. Once logged in you should have tools on the upper right hand corner to claim your home as the owner and list your home. There are also articles on how here.

how do I change my listing from for sale by owner to an agent?


Your agent should be able to do this for you. And if they are syndicated with the MLS & Zillow it should automatically post after about 48-72 hours. You can also change or remove your FSBO listing by logging in to your Zillow account and modify your listings.
