I called Danny to inquire about some acerage. The property was already in escrow but Danny asked me what I had in mind for the property. I described what I wanted to wind up with and he told me that a property that sounded like exactly what I wanted was available and that the seller was very motivated. I called a loan officer, Susan Day, with Prospect Mortgage in Reno whom I had worked with in the past and obtained a pre-qualification letter. I viewed the property and he was right, it was perfect. I wrote up an offer and the seller accepted it. Due to Danny's extensive knowledge and expertise all issues were handled in advance and the entire process took only 60 days.
