A little over a year ago my husband and I made the decision to move from Redwood City to San Jose.  With the move came an even bigger decision, we were going to by our first home.  If you are reading this then you can relate to how stressful and nerve racking the process can be.  Dan Walker made this delicate time for us seem less daunting and eventually a reality.  Dan was recommended to us from a family member, and once we began working with him, my husband and I both realized that we had made the right choice.  Dan is highly respected in the community and understands all the nuances of the Almaden Valley that we were looking for.  Though our journey in purchasing our first home was probably one of the most unique that Dan had ever experienced, he never wavered and represented us as though he had been apart of this type of sale a million times.  We couldn't be happier with our home and even happier with our decision to have Dan Walker as our realtor.

Dan is the best professioinal in the business. He was recommended by my lawyer as a great agent. Dan worked with me to sell my parents home. I had to do this all long distance. Dan was great. He helped my mom, got issues with the house completed, all inspections done, helped with all of the issues from open houses to minor repairs and staging the house. Dan is very knowledgable on the pricing in the area and knew I wanted to sell quickly. We started at one price and very qucikly found what the market would bear.

Dan is the consumate professional, extremely dedicated and great to work with. Simply put he will get the job done for you!

We met Dan at an open house and immediately felt a sense of ease and alignment with his style and approach. Dan was able to not only find us exactly what we wanted in a property but negotiated with our best interest in mind, versus just getting a deal closed.
