Bought a home in 2010.

Summary:

This was my first time purchasing a home and considering the market changes, it was VERY confusing. I had little almost no knowledge about the process but when I contacted The Daniel Hayes Team at Reliant Realty that all changed!!! Because of my approved loan amount being around $150k I wanted to purchase a foreclosure that needed little or no rehab work. I had little maneuverability and there were only a few houses to pick from that were currently on the market that met my needs, however, Daniel and his team found me the PERFECT home. We not only found the house but I was able to purchase it for about $25k below tax value and also Daniel and his team asked that HUD pay my closing costs which they did. This alone saved me another $4000.00. I will use Daniel and his team for all my future real estate needs and will send anyone that I know to them. They have found a client for LIFE in me. Thanks again to The Daniel Hayes Team for helping me to find not a house but my HOME.More Less

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Mount Juliet, TN.

Summary:

Had my home listed with this agent. My house needed some attention, Daniel Hayes told me stop making repairs, and reduce the price. I did, and I got a contract. Unfortunately lenders won't finance a house these days that is in need of repairs. Daniel had ME call the appraiser. I thought that's what agents did, help you sell your home. He told me he was talking to the Buyers agent, when in fact that was untrue, because I personally talked to the agent. He told me the Buyers were going to try another lender, that was untrue, I followed up with their agent. I lost the contract and had to put my home back on the market. Daniel doesn't really like talking to people who have an opinion, he believes his is the ONLY opinion. I changed agents, and my home is SOLD. STAY AWAY FROM THE DANIEL HAYES TEAM!More Less

Jeff & Nancy: We understand your anger and frustration!!! We had not 1 but 2 offers and you ended up accepting the offer that was $1K OVER the asking price. According to the MLS it looks like you ended up selling your home with a NEW agent but you accepted $163,000 (ouch!!) That is $17,000 less than the offer we presented to you and because of this we understand how angry you are and we forgive you. It’s that simple, you are forgiven! Going forward, please remember it is important for all homeowners to realize that the privilege of home ownership comes with the responsibility of pride in one’s home and the obligation of routine maintenance. If either of these is neglected then everyone involved ultimately suffers along with the home which has deteriorated. Blessings for a bright future in Tulsa!!!
