Sold a home in 2011.
I used Derek to sell an existing home (which sold) and to buy a new house. We ended up building and Derek was very instrumental in getting some negotiations done to finalize our contract with the builder. Derek has lived in the Oklahoma City area his entire life and is very familiar with OKC and surrounding suburbs if you are looking to buy/sell. He has been in real estate for the past 10 years and is very knowledgeable and explains the process very well. He answered any questions I had and is very approachable. He made time for me and worked around my schedule. His negotiation skills are excellent and he will represent you very well. I trust Derek and he is a straight shooter. This is the second time I have used him and I will use him again for any future real estate transaction.

Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2010 in Norman, OK.
Derek came to us highly recommended by a previous realtor who had retired. He's quite the go-getter and very approachable for any questions that we've had about the home buying/selling process. He is easy to reach by phone or email and very flexible in his time/place to meet us.
