Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2013 in Harpursville, NY.
We haven't found a buyer yet for our rental house, but Daryl has a nice sign on the property and has been making appointments to show the house, which is sometimes difficult with tenants living in it. He is very responsive to our calls, calls us back quickly, and a nice person to work with,

Daryl is an excellent and resourceful broker! He has extensive local knowledge, knows the process very well, and is always helpful. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to invest in real estate.

Daryl Short is great and a peoples person, I explained what type of property i want to purchase, Daryl had great knowledge of the area, and the houses he showed me was what i wanted he went over all the specifics with me, and i was happy to have someone work with me in obtaining my goals. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Owego, NY.
After several attempts with other realtors and getting absolutely no where, Daryl was a HUGE help. I'm a first time homebuyer and had A LOT of questions about the process. If Daryl didn't know the answer, he was able to direct me to the people that could. If I emailed him, he always responded immediately; I was even able to text him with questions/concerns! He was very flexible on meeting me after work to look at the house and work with my schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Daryl to anyone looking for their home!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Johnson City, NY.
We recently purchased a home that not only was in our budget range, but that is absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. Daryl was wonderful- he spent time with us and explained the process very well. He negotiated for us to get us the best price without losing the house to other bidders. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and I would recommend Daryl to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Endicott, NY.
Daryl was very easy to work with when my brother and I were selling my mother's house. We were both living in other states and I found Daryl to be very helpful, always available and willing to go the extra mile to get things done. I had no experience selling a house and Daryl was always helpful while navigating through complicated transactions. I would recommend Daryl without reservation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $75K in Binghamton, NY.
I used Daryl to list my previous house and to sell me my current house. He was available whenever I needed him. He showed me houses that met my needs, was knowledgeable about my lender's requirements and negotiated well on my behalf. I had a very short time frame in which to find my new house and he made himself available to show me houses quickly.
I am also a Real Estate Paralegal and have represented both sellers and buyers for Daryl in the transaction process. He was very hands on and attended all of the closings to be there for his clients.

Daryl has been amazing in assisting us in our home search. He makes our needs and interests in a home a priority. He is accessible and willing to show us properties at our convenience. He is honest and negotiates in our best interests.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Windsor, NY.
Daryl was so helpful in every single phase of home buying. He was always there to answer any question. With email, text or phone call it was so easy to stay in touch. The web page was very good for new homes to look at. Darlys knowledge of lawyers, banks, inspectors and other real estate personal is 1st class. I will and have told many people about him. Could not have been a better experience in my opinion.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Vestal, NY.
Daryl worked tirelessly to get me into the house of my dreams. He was patient, reponsive, skilled at keeping both me and the seller satisfied in the negotiation process. He was supportive as I pursued alternative financing (USDA Rural Development) and can now say he's familiar with how to navigate that program! He was with me every step of the way!
