Desiree is an awesome real estate agent!! She made the time to meet my wife and I on a Saturday afternoon, and later that day, we were at her offices writing an offer. We observed firsthand her nimble negotiation skills with the seller's agents and found her timing and people skills impeccable. Desiree helped us to find a very nice house under stressful circumstances (we just sold our house and had to find a replacement house in an area with low-inventory within only 30 days). She was also very helpful in putting us in touch with skillful and responsible contractors, who made improvements to the house that we had purchased. Desiree is always accessible and contacted us by phone, instead of just by an impersonal text or email, when we had a question or a problem arose. In short, we are extremely grateful that we found Desiree. We will definitely use her in our next real estate transaction!

Our experience with Desiree was top notch. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and very much on top of everything. If we needed a question answered, she was there quickly with the answer. If we wanted to see another property, she got us in, and often times the same day. She really handled all parts of our home sale and escrow with professionalism, promptness, skill, knowledge and she was very much a calming force during some of the more stressful moments. I would and will use Desiree again and I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone. I am usually not one to offer referrals as sometimes it can come back to bite you, but I would have no issue in referring Desiree as my confidence in what she is capable of, is that high.
