Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2015 in West Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

We were going to have Desiree sell our house when we happened to find a house we liked that immediately went for sale. Desiree was very professional and we lived in Walnut Acres since that area was her specialty. Unfortunately, the seller of the house was unprofessional. Desiree communicated with us that the seller's agent would accept our counter and that we could get the house at their asking price with a contingency with selling our house. The seller did not sign our counter offer and it seemed to Desiree that he was stalling. A couple of days later, the seller's agent told Desiree that they rescinded the contract and wanted full price with no contingency. It was very unprofessional to not let us know right away instead of finding out a couple days later. We were set to have everything in place, getting ready for open house, pictures were taken, etc. Desiree was very professional in this regard and even though we decided not to sell our house at that time, we would not hesitate to use her if we decide to sell.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $525K in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

I hired Desiree to sell my home. She was totally professional.

She eats and breaths real estate, and knows this area like the back of her hand. She made the process smooth and easy. And I now have a huge check in my hand.

Thanks, DZ~

I would use her services again without question. 5 stars!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $700K in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

One word to describe Desiree Zuckerman and her team: Absolutely AMAZING! Okay that was two words, but that's because she's that amazing. My Brother and I needed to sell our House and Desiree was there to help us each step of the way. Quite honestly, our home sold in 10 days. She had three open houses for us in that span, answered every single email or call, was professional throughout the duration, and always was on our side and what was best for us. In the end, i would never go with anyone else. She is our realtor for life. When we do buy again, I know she will go to bat for us as her clients. AMAZING realtor, great person.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.125M in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

Desiree was easy to work with and very responsive to any issues or questions we had. She has many people working under her and that made it easy to get in touch with someone. Besides the easiness to sign all the documents electronically, we felt she was there to guide us with all the confusing documents that are related to selling a home. She's easy going and never felt pressure to do anything we didn't want. I definitely recommend her!

Sold a home in 2014.

We have known Desiree for many years and were delighted to have her able to list our West Hills property and close the sale. She negotiated good solutions to concerns that arose and took charge of getting the final details wrapped up when her expertise and attention were most needed by all parties. Desiree is successful and can get busy juggling multiple clients (she had 20+ listings when we sold our property) but somehow seems able to stay on top of the important details and has a helpful and competent support staff. Highly recommended!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in West Hills, West Hills, CA.

I wanted to sell our home in West Hills, CA and was referred to several listing agents. After interviewing several agents we decided to choose Desiree. This was the smartest decision I could have made. Upon Desiree looking at our home she gave us recommendations of upgrades and how to stage the home for listing pictures. Once the home was on the market her team did a great job of online marketing. This makes a lot of sense because the home buying process has changed with the digital age. People will spend more time online "window" shopping homes and doing research before physically viewing a home. We gave her a challenge because I was relocating our family to NY and there were time constraints. We listed the home at probably the worst time of the year, right before the holiday season which is traditionally the slowest time in real estate. At the end of the day we had multiple offer on the house and Desiree advised us on how to proceed with a multiple counter offers which led to a competitive atmosphere where we ultimately accepted a counter that was just $5k below our listing price. My wife and I were extremely please with Desiree and her team . She looked out for our best interests, gave us honest advise and sold our home at a competitive price. I would highly recommend Desiree to anyone buying or selling a home. One other important perk was her vast knowledge of the West Valley. Her 17 years experience was noticeable in the area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $750K in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.

There's a reason why Desiree is the Top Broker in the valley. Coming from a real estate family we are were looking for the best in the area who could sell and buy properties for us while giving us the best advice and competitive advantage. Desiree not only shows mastery of the area, she has a reputation among other agents that is a huge advantage when navigating a negotiation. Even in a competitive scenario we have never been worried about missing out on an opportunity. While she runs a very busy office (her staff are excellent BTW) when you need her, she's there. Her services and expertise make her an obvious choice for anyone who only wants to work with the best of the best.

Sold a home in 2014.

My husband and I sold our house this year, it is the first house we have owned so we were new to the process. We met Desiree several years before when we first considered the idea of selling and then chose not to. She was not at all pushy and was always kind, helpful and considerate and very professional. I am happy to recommend her and would use her services again.
