We had such a wonderful experience with Desiree. We are first time home buyers and had way too many ideas of what we wanted and where we wanted to buy. After getting to know us, Desiree lead us in the right direction. We thought we wanted to live in a certain neighborhood but she knew it wasn't the right fit and brought us into the perfect neighborhood for our growing family. We ended up buying a house that fits our needs and beyond! We love the house, love the neighborhood. I never even thought we could own a home like the one we ended up with. In fact I was sure the sellers would never accept our offer but Desiree is an excellent negotiator! My husband and I say almost every day how much buying this house was one of the best choices we ever made and we know we made the right decision because our 8 year old is so happy here and tells us how much she loves the house and the neighbors. So so happy that Desiree pointed us in this direction. She was absolutely right on with her suggestions. We would 100% recommend her to others. In fact, we already have. She is so knowledgeable, very professional and extremely friendly. And she stopped by a few weeks after we moved in to check in on us and brought us a huge box of cookies that we are still enjoying :-) What a great experience! Thanks to Desiree.

We spent a couple months looking at homes with Desiree. It didn't take long to find our new home at the listed Mulholland property in Calabasas. It was a pleasure working with Desiree and i would definitely recommend her ti friends and family in the future. She has excellent local knowledge and great negotiating skills.

While selling our house was a relatively painless process, buying our new house had a few challenges. Firstly, it took us a while to find the right house. We weren't in a rush, and we wanted to make the right choice. Desiree took time to really understand what we were looking for, and she was always looking on our behalf.

We attempted to purchase another property right before we purchased a current new home. A word of advice to Desiree's clients - LISTEN TO HER! She absolutely knew the value of the first house, but we thought we could try and get a better price. If we had simply made an offer based on Desiree's recommendation we would have gotten it at an amazing price. Instead, someone else swooped in and overpaid. Lesson learned.

In the end, it all worked out. Desiree very quickly found us another house that matched our criteria. We were able to get to a fair price with the sellers on the first try. Of course, things don't always go smoothly, and the seller's personality was a bit difficult to deal with. In addition, there were misunderstandings about some of the finer escrow and inspection details. This is where Desiree's value as an agent really mattered. She was able to expertly manage the seller's and our frustrations with each other. She was able to smooth out disagreements and ensure that miscommunications were properly translated.

The reality is that buying a home is a big deal, and the unexpected is likely to happen. That is why an agent like Desiree is so crucial. She's been there, done that. She understands people, negotiations, and the way this stuff works. We amateurs don't.

We are very happy in our new home, everything worked out, and we made a solid deal with the sellers in which everybody was satisfied. Don't know if that would have been the case without Desiree.

Desiree was always professional, her presentation of our home enticed many offers. considering the current market, we felt we got an excellent price for our home. I would definitely use Desiree if I were to sell a home again.

As an investor in real estate, I have used Desiree for buying & selling many properties in the past and I will continue to do so in the future. In my business, it's a "team effort" & I am fortunate to have Desiree on my team. Desiree makes me feel completely at ease because I know that she will always go the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction...
