When I met Ric, he sincerely listened to my concerns. Ric promised an aggressive approach that would get the house sold. The important part is that not only did he say all the right things, but he followed through on them.
When he told me he had an aggressive plan, I told him I wanted to see details. He had that plan written and emailed to me within hours of the conversation. Then he did what was in the plan. He had several open houses and a lot of showings (about 10). It was a bit of a whirlwind but he understands that you have to get people in the house to want to buy it. This started at the end of January and we were in contract with buyers the first week of March. The plan worked.
Ric was always very responsive and kept us in the loop with what was going on. I was able to reach him all the time. He made me feel like I was his most important client and it seemed like he was personally vested in selling the house.
He is always very approachable and easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions about the final contract and how the whole selling process works. I never felt like he was bothered with all the questions. He was very organized and knowledgable. The sale went smoothly and I am very happy with the entire experience.
