I have been in the Industry for almost 10 years. Even in this very challenging market, I remain a productive working Agent. I stumbled upon why I am still standing in this business when a double digit percentage of Real Estate Agents selling Irvine, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, and surrounding areas have been left behind . . . . .
My business is almost entirely comprised of past clients and referrals. I have humbly experienced the success I have because people have appreciated the superior level of service I have given and have put their own reputations on the line to refer me to others. Because most people don't sell or buy houses every day of the week, they are confused about the bewildering, emotionally charged process of purchasing or selling a house. Aside from being a strong negotiator, my role is to counsel. Depending whether one is a Buyer or a Seller, my counsel always includes my straight forward opinion of what is in my client's best interest while truly listening to their needs, daily communications via email or phone, financial options regarding mortgage loans, discussion of closing costs so that my client has a good idea of what to expect, market analysis of closed sales in the target neighborhood, a strategic approach to what one should offer as a Buyer and what dollar amount one might expect as a Seller, out of state re-locations, referrals to home inspectors or any other tradesman that the client might need to successfully sell the home they are in or upgrade the house they are buying.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Aside from the benefits I offer as a degreed Paralegal and licensed Agent, I am constantly reminded that the purchase or sale of real estate exceeds contract law and is defined by the lasting relationships one has with their clients.Elizabeth DeBiasi's Specialties:Experienced buyer's agent in the successful close of REO properties with Chase, Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Wachovia, Homecomings Financial and others.
Powerful Short Sale negotiator and expert marketer, providing award winning sales performance in a highly competitive market.
Thorough understanding and execution of Bank's Addendums with specific knowledge and experience with contract law, contingencies, and disclosure. Fluent in the language and application of real estate finance
