Sold a home in 2014 in Beech Park, Avon Lake, OH 44012.

My family and I really enjoyed working with the Ed Huck Team. Ed worked with us personally to sell our Lakewood house. He offered great advise before we listed our house as to which areas needed improvement and other areas to leave alone. He also brought in a stager to offer input on how to make the house more desirable to sellers. By taking his advice, our home had multiple offers by the second day of showings!

As a buyer, we worked with Jenny. She did a fabulous job of showing us potential homes. She was even able to squeeze in houses that I had given to her the day before we went house hunting! When our two little girls joined us in the house hunting process , Jenny was so kind and made them feel involved; our daughters loved her. Jenny helped us find a home quickly and in the neighborhood that we desired!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Cleveland, OH.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with the Ed Huck Team.

We weren't quite sure, at the beginning of the process, whether we wanted to live on the East or West side of Cleveland. Ed matched us with a realtor who knew a lot about the West Side and who had some experience with the East Side.

Jenny (our realtor) was very patient throughout the house hunting process. It can be a very emtional and stressful journey, and Jenny understood that. She assured us we didn't have to make decisions until we were ready, but was also very realistic at telling us how quickly or not quickly a home would probably be bought.

Jenny was almost always immediately available, and if she wasn't, she would text back saying she would call us as soon as she could.

From mortgage lenders to home inspectors, Jenny was always able to give us contacts to help us on our journey to buying the home that's perfect for us!

And in terms of selling our condo while going through the house hunting process, Ed was great at communicating to us what was happening every step of the way.
